Flow to reservation

1.Service enrollment

Membership registration is required to use Filipina English Conversation.

There is no cost to register.
 

2.Buy points

Buy points to make a reservation in advance.
 

3.Book lessons

Use the points you have bought to select your preferred teacher and book a lesson.

Prepare for the lesson once you have made a reservation.
 

※ Reservations can be made until 19:00 the day before.
※ Cancellation is possible until 19:00 the day before.

Flow from reservation completion to lesson start

Lessons will be held at ZOOM.
From 30 minutes before the start time, the ZOOM room ID will be displayed on My Page.
Please enter the room by the start time and enjoy the lesson.

About Zoom

Q What is Zoom?
A Zoom is an application that allows you to have a video conference on the WEB.
It can be used on most PCs, tablets such as iPads, and smartphones.

Q How does the lesson start if I book the lesson on Zoom?
A 5 minutes before the lesson starts, a button to enter the lesson room will be displayed on My Page.
Click the button to enter the lesson room.

About other troubles

Q I can’t log in
A Please enter your user name and email address here to reset your password.

Q I can’t hear the teacher’s voice.
A Make sure that the speaker volume is not 0 or OFF.
If there is no problem with the speaker, the teacher’s microphone may be turned off, so please let us know that you cannot hear the voice from the chat section of ZOOM.

Q It seems that my voice has not reached the teacher.
A Make sure that the microphone volume is not 0 or OFF.

Q The call was cut off in the middle.
A If you are still in the ZOOM room, please wait until the instructor re-enters the room.
If you have left the ZOOM room, please re-enter the same room.

Q The teacher does not enter zoom at the start time of the lesson.
A Please wait for a while until the teacher enters the room.
If the teacher does not enter the room after 10 minutes or more, the points will be returned later.

Q Where should I contact if I have a problem?
A Please contact us anytime from the inquiry. We will get back to you within 3 business days.

If the lesson is not done normally

Points will be refunded in the following cases.

  • If the teacher confirms that a power outage or a bad internet connection has occurred.
  • If the teacher is late for 10 minutes or more.
  • If there is a problem with the school system

※ Points will not be refunded in cases other than the above.

Rules for use

・ Select the desired lesson date and teacher and make a reservation from the site.
・ Reservations and cancellations will be made by 19:00 the day before.
・ In principle, the lesson will be one-on-one between the teacher and the customer.
・ If you want to extend the lesson (take the next 30 minutes), please check with the teacher during the lesson to see if it can be extended.
